Postage and Shipping

    Order processing time: Once an order is placed please allow 3-5 business days to process. If an order cannot be processed within this time frame due to any unforeseen issues or delays that are outside of my control, you will be notified with an update of your order and new processing time.

    Domestic Shipping: Delivery across all parts of Australia are available. Both standard and express shipping options are available. At the moment, standard shipping is experiencing delays. If you are able and need an item urgently, please select express shipping.

    International Shipping: Both standard and express postage overseas is available. Depending on which zone your country is in depends on pricing. These are calculated at checkout. If your country is not available to ship to, please email or DM me and I will see what I can do. Some countries are not open to send deliveries, but this changes daily and sometimes I miss out on an update.     Shipping of Homewares: If homewares are purchased with earrings, two shipping costs will be added together at checkout. In getting my products to you safely, these items will be shipped separately. Both items require very different and specific packaging.

    Local Pick: Pickup from the Oakden area in Adelaide is available. Please use PICKUP at checkout for free shipping and contact me at contact@molkadots.com to arrange a day and time to pick up your items.

    Returns: Due to the hygienic nature of our earrings we are unable to provide returns or exchanges for items purchased. If you do have any queries concerning your order, please do not hesitate to contact me at contact@molkadots.com.

    Damages: Please get in contact with me in regards to any items that have been damaged during postage at contact@molkadots.com.

    Lost Packages: All parcels are sent with tracking numbers. Please contact me at contact@molkadots.com if you have not received your order and I will look into it for you.
